The Transitional Care Unit (TCU) at Oak Grove Manor has become a leader in providing Mansfield and surrounding communities with the services and setting to assist patients in transitioning from hospital to home following orthopedic/cardiac surgery, heart attack, stroke, accident or other medical event. Our TCU offers a safe, convenient and cost-effective way to move from acute care within a hospital to self-sufficiency.
